01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Withdrawal Rules:

• The maximum liability of haha69 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

Haha69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The member has violated any of the Terms stated in this document.
• The member is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• The member failed to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• The relevant authorities have issued an instruction to close the account.

If an account is terminated for valid reasons (not due to a violation), any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 7 business days. For terminations resulting from a violation, haha69 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the haha69 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

12 Amendments & Applicable Law

Haha69 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any section of these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the haha69 platform after any changes to the terms take effect constitutes full acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which haha69 is registered. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the relevant arbitration body.
